For more information regarding your online purchases, such as the status of your order, shipping times, the procedure for making a return, you can contact us by e-mail at customercare@gaborcosmetics.it or by calling the toll-free number 800-910356. PAYMENTS AND SECURITY

How can I make a payment?
You can pay the amount relating to the products you have ordered and the shipping costs by credit card or PayPal

ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS

What are the days and times in which I can receive my order?
Products are shipped using a courier selected by Gabor Cosmetics for which a tracking service is active. The courier makes deliveries from Monday to Friday (with the exclusion of local or national holidays) from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Shipping is free for orders of €39.90 or more.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The delivery of the products takes place within 5-7 days from the date of receipt of the order if the order is made by 4 pm on a weekday.

If the courier does not find me, what should I do?
In case of non-delivery, the courier will leave a notice of passage on the intercom / in the mailbox and will also send an email and an SMS informing the Customer of the attempted delivery. A second delivery attempt will automatically be rescheduled for the next day. If the courier is unable to successfully deliver at the second attempt, the package will be kept in the local delivery center for 10 working days. On the 11th working day, if the package has not yet been collected, it will be returned to Gabor. How can I confirm that my order has been accepted?
Once you have paid for your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you indicate during the purchase phase. If you do not receive the confirmation email, do not hesitate to contact us via customer service at customercare@gaborcosmetics.it or by calling the toll-free number 800-910356.

How can I track my order?

Can I change the order once the payment has been made?
Once the payment has been made, it will no longer be possible to change the order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How can I make a return?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Gabor is committed to providing quality products to its customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order from www.gaborcosmetics.com you can return the products by requesting their replacement or by making use of the right of withdrawal.
More specifically, only for products purchased on www.gaborcosmetics.com Gabor guarantees:

replacement of products purchased within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the Product in the event that they do not correspond to those ordered by the Customer or in the event that they are found to be defective;

the replacement of the products purchased that are damaged, defective or do not correspond to the order placed within thirty (30) calendar days from when you received the product.

It is possible to activate the return procedure by sending Gabor Cosmetics a communication, within the terms indicated, by email to the address customercare@gaborcosmetics.it. We will then send you the “Return Request” form via email which must completed and attached to the product to be returned. The package will then be collected by the courier on set days and times.

How many days will it take to get a refund?
If you have paid by credit card or PayPal you will be credited back the amount within 7 working days starting from the day that the returned product arrives at our warehouse.

Can I make an online return of an item purchased in a retail store or can I return a product ordered online to a retail store?
Unfortunately this is not possible. Orders placed online must be returned to the online warehouse and those made in the store must be returned in the same location.

I tried a product and unfortunately I don’t like it. Can I return it and/or get a refund?
No, For reasons of hygiene, the product must not have been used or opened in any way. We accept the return of only products whose packaging or protective film has not been opened or tampered with. If these conditions do not exist, the return request will not be accepted. We are very sorry if you do not like the product, if you want to receive advice on which product is best suited to your needs write to us atconsulenza@gaborcosmetics.it to explain why you do not like the product.

I want to create my online account. How can I proceed?

I want to update my personal data, what can I do?
Log into your account and click on “Edit profile”. Once your data has been reinserted, you need to click on “Update profile”..

I cannot log in to the site because I have forgotten my password.
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password from the “Log In” page by clicking “Forgot your password?”. Once you have entered your email address and clicked on “New password”, an email will be sent to your address to set a new password and log in again.

I registered on the site but I did not receive the email to activate the account. What do I do?

If you have not received the confirmation email necessary to activate your account, check the Spam folder of your email. If you do not find the confirmation email in that section, contact us via customer service at customercare@gaborcosmetics.it or via the toll-free number 800-910356.

USE OF PROMOTIONAL CODES

I have a discount code. How can I use it?
If you have a discount code, enter it in the space indicated before proceeding with the payment of your purchase.

Do discount codes have an expiration date?
Yes, the discount codes have an expiration date which is clearly indicated. After this deadline, the discount code can no longer be used and it is not possible to request a replacement code with an extended validity.

The value of the discount code is lower than that of the order. Can I pay the remaining amount with one of the payment methods provided?
Yes, if the discount code in your possession is less than the amount of your order, the remaining amount can be paid with one of the payment methods indicated.

I have two discount codes. Can I use them both on one order?
No, the discount codes cannot be combined for the payment of a single order.

The product I want to buy is in promotion. Can I still use my discount code?
Yes, if a product is already in promotion it is possible to apply an additional discount using the promotional code.

The product I want to buy has a lower value than my discount code, can the remaining discount amount be credited back to me?
Discount codes can be used for payments for purchases lower than the value of the code. However, the remaining discount amount cannot be re-credited and is considered lost.
