Your satisfaction is our top priority. Gabor is committed to providing quality products to its customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order from www www.gaborcosmetics.com you can return the products by requesting their replacement or by making use of the right of withdrawal.

More specifically, only for products purchased at www.gaborcosmetics.com Gabor guarantees:
replacement of products purchased within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the Product in the event that they do not correspond to those ordered by the Customer or in the event that they are found to be defective;
reimbursement of the amount paid if the Customer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days from when the Customer received the product without having to provide any reason, or, in the event that Gabor is not in a position to replace products that lack conformity with those ordered by the Customer or the products are found to be defectivei.

THE RETURN PROCEDURE

It is possible to activate the return procedure by contacting Gabor Cosmetics, within the terms indicated, via customer service at customercare@gaborcosmetics.it or by calling the toll-free number 800-910356. A “Return Request form ” will be sent by email. The Customer must complete the form, indicating the reason for the return, and attach it to the product being returned.

After correctly activating the return procedure, the Customer must return the products to Gabor Cosmetics at the following address: GABOR SRL Via L.Canepa, 13 i.r. 16165 – Genoa within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal.
Once the package has arrived at Gabor, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirming that Gabor has taken charge of the return. Gabor Cosmetics will process the return within 10 working days and will inform the Customer of the acceptance or decline of the request.
To ensure quick resolution, we recommend that the Customer return the product in its original shipping packaging.

RETURN POLICY – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The right to return a purchase regards the entire product; in fact, it is not possible to return only a part or a portion of the purchased product.
The Customer forfeits the right of return in cases where Gabor ascertains that the product is not intact and has not been returned in the original packaging, complete in its entirety including all original contents (including packaging, any documentation, and accessory equipment such as labels, seals, etc. …).
The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the Product to Gabor.
Shipment from the point of departure to the return address indicated by Gabor is the complete responsibility of the customer.
Gabor will not be liable in any way for damage, theft or loss occurring during transit or unsuccessful return delivery.
In case of damage to the goods during transport, Gabor will notify the Customer. This will permit prompt action on the part of the Customer against the courier charged with the return; the product will then be made available to the Customer, and the return request will be cancelled;

Return with a request for substitution
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the items delivered correspond to the order. If the items delivered do not comply with the items ordered, the Customer must initiate the return request according to the procedure set out in the paragraph titled “The Return Procedure”.

If a Product sold by Gabor is defective and/or demonstrates a lack of conformity to Products sold by Gabor, since the sale of the Products is subject to the legal guarantees outlined in articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right, in the event of product discrepancies, to obtain the restoration of the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement (the Customer may choose whether to obtain the repair or replacement of the Product under the conditions provided for by law), at no cost to him or herself. Otherwise, in the event that one of these remedies is not successful (in accordance with the provisions of Article 130, paragraph 7 of the Consumer Code), the Customer will be able to obtain an appropriate reduction in the price of the Products or may also obtain termination of the contract.
The Customer loses these rights if she/he does not report the lack of conformity to Gabor within 2 (two) months from the date on which the lack of conformity is discovered. The right to make a claim regarding lack of conformity not intentionally concealed by Gabor is prescribed 26 (twenty-six) months from the date of delivery of the Product.
Once the Customer has correctly activated the return procedure and returned the product, Gabor, after having received and examined the product, will confirm to the Customer that the product does not conform to the one indicated or is damaged, and will provide instructions for receiving the product. In this case, the delivery costs relating to the return to Gabor of the Product to be repaired or replaced, as well as all costs relating to the delivery to the Customer of the repaired or replaced Product, are the responsibility of Gabor.
If it is not possible to exchange the returned item, Gabor will refund the invoiced price for non-compliant or damaged items that have been returned using the same payment method as was used for the original purchase.

Return with withdrawal request
After having received notification from the Customer relating to his/her intention to withdraw from the purchase according to the procedure described in the paragraph “The return procedure”, Gabor will refund the amount paid within 14 days of the date on which Gabor was informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract.
Gabor Cosmetics will refund the Customer the full amount already paid, net of the shipping and order management costs incurred if the Customer chooses a type of delivery that involves higher costs than the cheapest offered by Gabor. The refund will be made by reversing charges using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
If the purchase was made using a discount code, the amount of the discount will not be refunded. The refund will be the amount actually spent. In any case, Gabor reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the Customer proves that they have been correctly shipped.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Gabor will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender and, if already reimbursed, the price of the product
